Ontario, CA SitelogIQ, Inc. (SIQ) proudly welcomes Chris Kaiser, a seasoned electric vehicle (EV) charging and clean energy professional, as Director of Sales, EVSI. Chris joins SIQ’s Commercial Markets business unit as it continues to expand its EV infrastructure services.

Chris brings more than 20 years of experience designing, selling, implementing, and operating clean energy solutions across energy efficiency, distributed energy, and energy monitoring for commercial, industrial, and residential markets. Over the past six years, his work has focused specifically on EV charging solutions for multifamily properties, retail environments, fleet operations, and public DC fast charging sites.

“Chris’s expertise gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to deliver reliable, high-performing charging sites,” said Clark Longhurst, President of SIQ Commercial Markets. “As more of our commercial customers add EV charging as an amenity, Chris strengthens our ability to support charge point operators, fleet operators, and property owners from installation through long-term operations.”

As the Vice President of Business Development – Tennessee, Bobby will partner with K-12 school districts and local/state agencies to deliver building and infrastructure improvement projects that create safer, healthier, modern, and more efficient spaces. Through these partnerships, Bobby will help customers improve their operational and energy efficiency, lower costs, and address deferred maintenance challenges.

Bobby brings 35 years of industry experience, with 29 years in K-12 education, including roles as a Teacher, Sports Coach, District Office Administrator, Supervisor, and Superintendent. He most recently served as an Account Executive with Energy Systems Group and has also held roles with the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, Tennessee Tech University, and more. He also served on committees with the Tennessee Department of Education and Tennessee School Boards Association.

Nashville, TN – Path, powered by SitelogIQ, earned a 2025 Preferred Partner Network Award by the Tennessee Valley Authority.

Path, powered by SitelogIQ, earned this regional award for their facility improvement and streetlighting work in Western Tennessee, with their projects providing the most energy savings in the fiscal year, October 2024 – September 2025. The company’s projects provided 10,505,416 kWh of energy savings and they helped customers secure over $420,000 in rebates and incentives.

This team from Sparkfund has provided lighting design services for over 10 years and has been an important subcontractor to SitelogIQ.  “We are thrilled to welcome these lighting design experts, which we know well, into SitelogIQ,” said Kelly Schuller, SitelogIQ Chief Executive Officer. “They will strengthen our streetlight replacement capabilities in particular and increase our overall capacity to support customers.”

This Denver-based team will also extend SitelogIQ’s geographic coverage and enhance customer service within Colorado. Minneapolis, MN – SitelogIQ, Inc. (“SitelogIQ”), a leading national energy services and facility improvement solutions provider, today announced the recent acquisition of Compass Energy Solutions (CES). CES is an energy services company focused on energy infrastructure development, asset management, and efficiency improvements for higher education, K-12, municipal, and state customers. CES was founded in 2004 by Fred Ghahramani, an energy services industry veteran.  The CES team has developed and managed building improvement projects for over 25 percent of the community colleges in California.  All CES employees will join SitelogIQ and continue to partner with public sector customers to improve the energy and operational efficiencies of their buildings.

Edina, MNSitelogIQ (SIQ), a leader in energy efficiency and facility improvement solutions, recently opened a new office location in Edina, Minnesota. This marks an important milestone in the company’s growth in the Midwest and demonstrates its commitment to better serve its customers in the K-12, higher education, and local/state government sectors.

“This new and larger space was designed with the intent to connect, collaborate, and cultivate our teams, customer relationships, and our communities,” said John Bendt, President of SIQ Midwest.

It is designed for Minnesota-based employees, fostering innovation and collaboration. SitelogIQ’s in-house Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and Site Superintendents oversaw the design and renovation of the space, which consists of 13 offices, 28 workstations, 3 conference rooms, and 5 collaboration spaces. Materials and furnishings used throughout the office were selected with the intent to allow customers to see firsthand the items we often recommend for our projects, some of which were made from recycled materials.

Nearly 50 percent of the office will be utilized to provide dedicated spaces for customer meetings as they work together to create safer, healthier, more energy efficient and sustainable buildings for Minnesota occupants and the local communities.

Jeremiah has over 10 years of experience in leadership development, business development, marketing, and financing. In his role, he’s focused on helping K-12 districts improve their efficiency through collaboration and deep understanding of their facility needs. Jeremiah most recently served as a Business Development Manager at MDA Leadership and has held various positions in account management throughout his career.
