Recognized as a pragmatic thought leader with deep understanding of complex regulatory drivers, Deb Amberg has joined SitelogIQ as chief legal officer. In this role, Amberg will lead SitelogIQ\u2019s legal and compliance functions, and as a member of the company\u2019s senior leadership team, will participate in developing and advising SitelogIQ\u2019s overall business strategies and their implementation.<\/p>\n

Amberg began her career with ALLETE as an attorney and was named general counsel, corporate secretary, and vice president of corporate legal services in 2004. She was promoted to senior vice president in 2006, and later gained responsibility for environment and land management and safety and industrial hygiene, as well as interim leadership of human resources. She was named chief strategy officer-regulated operations and president of Superior Water, Light & Power Company in 2016.<\/p>\n

She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Minnesota. Active in the community, Amberg serves on the board of trustees for the College of St. Scholastica where she is chair of the audit, finance, and investment committee. She also is a member of the board of directors for Northshore Bank of Commerce and serves on the advisory committee for the Muriel Whiteside Charitable Trust.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
